All our sessions are structured to focus on surf life saving skills together with fitness and first aid. Sessions are a mix of fun activities and serious instruction and are tailored to meet the different abilities of members.
An element of our training includes entering local competitions, both pool and beach. Competition gives members an opportunity to practice their skills beyond the club, to share best practice with other competitors and to receive coaching and top tips from other clubs' trainers.
Training days and times (summer and winter) can be found at the bottom of this page. On the rare occasions that a session has to be cancelled or timings changed, members are notified via our members only Facebook page and/or WhatsApp group.
